Additional Services

In addition to permit drawings, I also provide a range of additional services that includes;

• Custom millwork design,

• Guidance & coordination of exterior & interior finishes and fixtures such as lighting and millwork,

• Estimating the carbon footprint of new home construction as trained by Builders for Climate Action.  This process helps to set goals and intentions for each project and becomes a guideline for decisions throughout the design process.
